Special-order parts
Most parts are sourced to order from our suppliers in the UAE or abroad. Your quote states the expected lead time (for example, parts ordered from Germany usually take 15–20 days). Delivery times are estimates.
Worldwide shipping
- We ship worldwide, usually via Emirates Post.
- Shipping cost is quoted for your order and paid by you.
- Customs duties, import taxes and fees in your country are paid by you and are not included in our prices.
- We share tracking details and help with any delivery issues.
When your parts arrive
Please check your parts when you receive them and tell us straight away about any visible damage or wrong items. See Warranty & Returns.
الشحن والتوصيل
- دبي والشارقة: 30 درهماً للطلبات أقل من 2,000 درهم، والتوصيل مجاني للطلبات بقيمة 2,000 درهم أو أكثر.
- أبوظبي وعجمان والفجيرة ورأس الخيمة وأم القيوين: 20 درهماً عبر شركة توصيل محلية.
- الاستلام مجاناً من محلنا في أم رمول، دبي.
- مدة التوصيل داخل الدولة عادةً 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تجهيز القطعة. القطع المطلوبة خصيصاً لها مدة توريد يوضحها عرض السعر.
- الشحن الدولي عبر بريد الإمارات، ويتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن والرسوم الجمركية في بلده.
- جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة 5%.
