Young Timers Auto Spare Parts Co. L.L.C ("YTA", "we", "us") sells new car parts from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with an office in Kozhikode, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, mobile / WhatsApp number, email address and, if you choose to give it, your social media ID.
- Vehicle and request details: make, model, year, VIN or chassis number, registration-card photos, photos of parts, and the parts or items you ask for.
- Order and delivery details: delivery address, country, what you ordered, quotes, invoices and payment status. We do not store your card number; card payments are handled by our payment provider.
- Feedback and complaints: what you tell us, ratings and any photos you send.
- Website usage: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies needed to run the site.
How we use it
- To find the right part for your car, prepare prices and reply to your request, including by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To process orders, payments, delivery and shipping, and to handle returns of defective parts and complaints.
- To keep business, accounting and tax records required by UAE law.
- To improve our service and website. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to serve you:
- Suppliers: we share part numbers and vehicle details (such as the VIN) to check price and availability, not your name or contact details.
- Delivery partners: our drivers, local couriers and Emirates Post receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
- Service providers: companies that host our website and business software, process payments, and run our messaging tools (for example WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messaging).
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep request and order information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Requests that never become orders are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or stop sending you messages. To do so, contact us using the details below. We will reply within 30 days.
Security
We protect your information with access controls and secure systems, and only staff who need it to serve you can see your contact details.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
