Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to every quote, order and sale made by Young Timers Auto Spare Parts Co. L.L.C ("YTA", "we", "us"), whether through our website, WhatsApp, social media, phone or in person. By confirming an order or making a payment, you agree to them.

Agreement on payment: When you pay for an order, whether in full or as an advance, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the warranty (section 8), returns (section 7) and special-order (section 4) policies.

1. Parts we sell

We sell new genuine (OE), OEM and aftermarket car parts. The part type is stated on your quote. Most parts are sourced to order from our suppliers in the UAE or abroad.

2. Quotes and prices

• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). VAT is charged where applicable and shown on your quote or invoice.
• Quotes are based on supplier prices and availability at the time they are given. They may change until your order is confirmed and paid.
• Delivery, shipping and customs charges are not included in part prices unless your quote says so.

3. Getting the right part

To make sure a part fits, please give us your VIN (chassis number). We check parts against the VIN you provide. If you do not give a VIN, or give incorrect vehicle details, we cannot be responsible if the part does not fit.

4. Orders and payment

• We accept bank transfer and online card payment. Cash on collection is available for approved repeat customers only.
• Parts we order specially for you require an advance payment of 50% or 100%, as stated on your quote, before we place the order with our supplier.
• Special-order parts cannot be cancelled. Once we have placed the order with our supplier, the order cannot be cancelled or changed, and the advance payment is not refundable.
• Parts remain our property until paid for in full.

5. Delivery in the UAE

• We deliver across the UAE, usually within 1 to 2 working days of the part being ready. Delivery times are estimates.
• Dubai and Sharjah: AED 30 for orders under AED 1,000; free for orders over AED 2,000. Other emirates are delivered by courier at the fee shown on your quote.
• You can also collect from our office in Umm Ramool, Dubai.
• Please check your parts when you receive them and tell us about any visible damage straight away.

6. International orders

• We ship worldwide, usually via Emirates Post.
• You pay the shipping cost and any customs duties, taxes or fees charged in your country. These are not included in part prices.
• Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, but we will help you track your shipment.

7. Returns and defective parts

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for parts ordered with incorrect vehicle details.
• If a part is defective, or is not the part confirmed on your order, tell us within 5 days of receiving it.
• Returned parts must be unused and not fitted, in their original packaging and in good condition.
• Once we have inspected and approved the return, we will repair, replace or refund the part.

8. Warranty

• Manufacturer warranty: where a genuine or OEM part comes with a manufacturer's warranty, it is passed on to you on the manufacturer's terms. Aftermarket parts carry only the warranty stated by their brand, if any.
• Our defect guarantee: if a part is defective, tell us within 5 days of receiving it. The part must be unused and not fitted, in its original packaging and in good condition. After inspecting it, we will repair, replace or refund it.
• Not covered: damage or faults caused by incorrect fitting, accidents, misuse, modification or normal wear; parts ordered with incorrect vehicle details; and labour, towing or other costs of fitting or removing a part.
• We recommend that parts are fitted by a qualified mechanic.
• Your quote or invoice states the part type and any warranty that applies. By paying for your order, you accept this warranty policy.

9. Our liability

To the extent allowed by UAE law, our total liability for any part is limited to the price you paid for that part. We are not liable for indirect losses such as labour costs, loss of use of a vehicle, or loss of income.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

11. Your agreement

Payment of any amount for an order, whether in full or as an advance, by bank transfer, online card payment or cash, is your confirmation that you accept these Terms and Conditions, including the warranty, returns and special-order policies.
